How Retroly handles game files, account information, and website analytics.
App data
ErayLabs publishes Retroly. When you sign in, we may process account details such as your email and display name. App usage, preferences, device details, and crash or performance reports may help us operate and improve Retroly.
Retroly accesses the game files you select on your device to run the emulator. Game files remain on your device. When you enable cloud features, supported saves and save states can sync through Firebase and Google Cloud.
Ads, purchases and providers
Free versions may display ads. Advertising services may process device identifiers and approximate location where applicable. Apple and Google handle payments. Retroly may receive purchase status to unlock or restore features.
ErayLabs does not sell or rent personal information. Providers may process information to deliver hosting, account services, cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, ads, and store payments.
Your choices and data retention
You can request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your data, or object to nonessential processing where applicable. Use the available in-app controls or email info@eraylabs.com.
ErayLabs retains account data while your account is active or as required by law. Its policy provides for removal of personal data, including backups, within 30 days of account deletion. Retroly is intended for users aged 13 and older. Younger users within the permitted age range should use it under parental supervision.
Website and download analytics
Cloudflare Pages serves the website and may process technical data such as IP address, browser details, and request times. The website has no account registration or file upload forms.
On the download page, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and attempts to open an app store. It may process device, browser, approximate location, campaign, and referral information and use cookies. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the website configuration. Browser settings can limit cookies and tracking.
