The terms for using Retroly, bringing your own game files, and purchasing Premium.
Using Retroly
By installing or using Retroly, you agree to these terms with ErayLabs, the app publisher. Users must be at least 13 years old. Minors need consent from a parent or guardian. If you create an account, provide accurate information.
Game files and acceptable use
Retroly is an emulator. It comes without games, ROMs, or BIOS files. Use only compatible files you are authorized to use.
Use the app lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, upload harmful or unlawful content, or access systems or accounts without permission. ErayLabs may suspend access for violations.
Ads and purchases
The free version may include ads. Retroly Premium is an optional one-time purchase. Your app store shows the current price and handles billing and refund requests. Restore purchases through the store account used to buy them.
Open-source licenses
Retroly includes technology derived from SkyEmu. The applicable open-source terms, including GPLv3 where required, govern those components. See the in-app notices for attribution and license details. Rights under those licenses remain in effect.
Availability and liability
Features may vary by device and app version. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control can interrupt online services.
To the extent permitted by law, ErayLabs excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages. Its total liability is limited to what you paid for the app during the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights apply.
Changes and contact
ErayLabs may revise these terms as the app or legal requirements change. Revised terms take effect when published. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms. For questions, email info@eraylabs.com.
